My Results

A successful client journey relys on a few important factors;

consistency, communication and discipline.

 

The more consistent you are, the fewer ups and downs you will have in your fitness transformation.

 

Strong communication between trainer and client ensure all bases are covered.

 

And last but not least, discipline is required for restraining yourself to what you have decided to abstain from as well as have committed yourself to.

"Since meeting and working with Zuzu my health and fitness have changed. Before having Zuzu as my personal trainer I had no stamina, needed to lose weight for health reasons, and suffered from aches and neck pains including vertigo. Zuzu has transformed the way I see myself.

 

I have lost weight, dropped a size, have a different relationship with food and more importantly, I have stamina and understand my body and how it works, and no longer suffer from neck aches. I never thought I would ever be able to box due to my weak neck but through the workouts and strengthening my muscles and losing weight I am now enjoying boxing and much more. The transformation from what I looked like and how I felt before to now is amazing!

 

Zuzu works hard and more importantly, she understands what you can do and what you need. The best decision that I have made is having Zuzu as my personal trainer she gives her all and is selfless when she trains making me feel important and motivating me to work hard and be healthy. My journey with Zuzu continues as I learn more about my body and how I can work it to deliver lifelong changes that I never thought were possible!

"I started boxing about a year ago. I fell in love with boxing 30 mins into my session with Zuzu.

 

From the very first session boxing was the only thing on my mind. Zuzu pushed me so far, that I became the fighter I always wanted to be. I had my ups and downs but she pushed me even on my off days which made me a better boxer and person.

In February I decided to join a boxing gym and start my training for my first white-collar while continuing to train with Zuzu in preparation for it. Because of how it started I will further continue my journey in the ring"

"I’ve been training with Zuzu for 3 months now. I have had an on-and-off relationship with North Harrow gym for about 5 years, never really getting ‘into it. About 4 years ago I had come across Zuzu and had a session with her but wasn’t working at the time so had to put getting a PT on hold.

 

However, I always made a mental note that I would train with Zuzu and it’s been one of the greatest things I could have done for my health and confidence. I started training with her in January and told her about my concerns and where I wanted to improve and become more knowledgeable.

 

Zuzu has since worked with me to help me achieve my goals and also to give me the confidence and tools I need to be able to train by myself on the days when I’m not with her. I’m already seeing the results that I wanted and am feeling much more happier and confident in the gym. I specifically have had issues in the past with my alignment and suffered from sciatica as a teenager - this is something Zuzu specialises in and has ensured that my form and alignment are correct all throughout my time with her. I’m looking forward to the next 3 months of my training"
